OOTD a.k.a shockingly wearing something not black

Today's outfit I would categorize either as valley girl gone hood or totally stereotypically Tumblr. But regardless if this look is actually cool or totally suburban blonde I like it because its pretty different from what I normally wear. I'm also really into matching the color of your tops and bottoms right now in general, I guess its considered a "fashion nono" but I think its very chic. Plus now I have a way to wear these vintage shorts from the 1940's that isn't too retro. If only I had somewhere interesting to wear this outfit I would be set....Any boys want to teach me how to skate? ;)
