"Versace Versace Versace"

So last week was kind of crazy. Started out with going to Macklemore's show at Key Arena on Thursday with one of my best friends (and midnight french fries at Dicks Burgers), styled a photo shoot for my senior project on Saturday, and finally Sunday, went to Chance the Rappers show at the Showbox (with a great guy who wait for it.....wore Timberlands). All of the above events were amazing but since this is a blog mostly about fashion, I'll talk a bit more about the photo shoot.

Saturday I took the morning bus to Seattle and met up with my lovely mentor and model Megan (after I had consumed the necessary Starbucks latte and spent a copious amounts of time checking social media on my phone). We then drove to the Art Institute where we met the photographer, did makeup and outlined the general idea and schedule for the day.

After that we drove to various locations around Seattle including Pioneer Square, Chinatown and Jefferson park skatepark (which may I add  has an absolutely amazing view of the skyline) and shot 5 different outfits. By the end of the day it was dark and we managed to get some great shots on Capitol Hill (once again at Dicks) using additional lighting for that kind of grungy teenage vibe (so popular at the moment). Overall, it was one of my best days this year and I'm super excited to see the final images and hopefully will get to show you my styling skills soon!

*And, to skater guy I follow on Tumblr that I definitely saw at park: if you see this feel free to follow me *

Here are some "behind the scenes" photos:
